Gabay sa Magulang/Tagapag-alaga
Isinulat ang modyul na ito bilang gabay ng mag-aaral upang malinang ang kaniyang aspektong personal at sosyal. Nakadisenyo ito para sa distance learning o alternatibong pamamaraan ng pagkatuto na hindi nangangailangan ng pisikal na presensya sa paaralan, bilang tugon sa direktiba na pagkansela ng face-to-face class dulot ng pandemyang Covid
19.
Layunin nating matulungan ang mag-aaral na malinang ang pansariling disiplina. Nakapaloob dito ang mga gawain na inaasahang magmumulat sa kaniya upang makilala ang kahalagahan ng disiplinang pansarili na kinakailangan sa kaniyang buong-husay na pagtugon sa bawat sitwasyon ng buhay—sa loob ng tahanan, sa paaralan, sa komunidad na kaniyang ginagalawan, at maging sa pagtupad sa kaniyang tungkulin sa propesyong maaari niyang gampanan sa hinaharap.
Nakapaloob din sa modyul na ito ang mga gawain na nangangailangan ng sariling oras upang mas malalim at epektibong maisagawa ng mag-aaral ang bawat gawain. Kaugnay nito, hinihiling namin na mabigyan ninyo siya ng oras sa tahanan upang matapos ang mga gawain.
Maaaring indikasyon ng disiplinang pansarili ang kaniyang pagkukusa na masagutan ng buong husay at katapatan ang bawat gawain sa module na ito.

To ensure your success in your studies, you should develop effective study habits and overcome distractions that affect your focus on learning. It is also important to be always reminded that you are not just studying to get higher grades, but most importantly to develop competencies that will help you achieve your life and career goals in the future.
Work on the tasks seriously and seek help if you believe you need to. Embark on this journey of developing effective study habits and achieve optimum learning in school!
